The location near the trendy Schanzen district was perfect for checking out cool shops and restaurants. Plus, they were super accommodating for our dog!

My children wanted more daily housekeeping services.

The food was excellent as was my room.

The website did not give any information on how to get there, other than by car. As I came on the train, it would have been good to have the S bahn details and which station to get off etc.

Straight talk, worth it or not?

Large room with a luxurious bathtub was a good surprise! The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering crispy bacon, waffles, and freshly squeezed juice.

Noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, affecting sleep quality. Room cleaning was delayed, leading to dissatisfaction with service .

Make sure to get classic room with a beautiful view, a nice "lounge " decoration, a table to work at. The breakfast is excellent, available with cheeses and savoury food- and sweet.

Super friendly staff!

I stayed for 3 nights in a Large Classic Room. The super nice team, especially when my phone died, they let me make an important call from the front desk. The food was tasty, and I liked the quiet bar where I could unwind. Just a heads up, the location isn't the most exciting area.

I'm unfortunately a frequent traveller - but I'm always happy having a meeting in Hamburg, becasue then I can stay at Boston HH, which is my favorite. I like quite everything there : the warm welcome, the design, the products in the minibar, the comfy bed, the huge bathroom, the plush bathrobe, the rich and fine breakfast... They also have a lovely bar and lounge area in the lobby.

Staying in this hotel we like the best the value for many. Location is good even if it is not very central (but City Center can be reached by walking 20 min); the rooms are quiet, very clean, nice furniture, everything you need is there. The staff is very friendly and professional, the breakfast is fresh and very tasty. We would recommend this hotel.

The room we stayed in was surprisingly spacious, complete with a luxurious bathtub, made our stay extra comfortable.

While the hotel had a lovely ambiance, it was not centrally located, and accessing the main attractions required planning and public transport.
